个人成长主动性对大学生冒险行为的影响及干预

On the Influence of Personal Growth Initiative on College Students’ Risk-Taking Behaviors and its Intervention

采用个人成长主动性量表和冒险行为量表对高校217名大学生进行调查。结果表明:大学生个人成长主动性存在是否独生子女上的差异;独生子女大学生的个人成长主动性显著高于非独生子女大学生。大学生积极冒险行为和消极冒险行为存在性别差异、生源地差异、是否独生子女上的差异。男生的积极冒险行为和消极冒险行为均显著高于女生;城镇大学生的积极冒险行为和消极冒险行为均显著高于农村大学生;独生子女大学生的积极冒险行为和消极冒险行为均显著高于非独生子女大学生。个人成长主动性能显著正向预测大学生积极冒险行为;个人成长主动性能显著负向预测消极冒险行为。

This paper investigates 217 college students on their personal growth initiative and risk-taking behaviors with help of the scale.The results show that they show the difference in the individual growth initiative in terms of whether they are only children or not,and that the individual growth initiative of college students from only-child family is significantly higher than that of non-only-child college students.There shows the difference in college students’ positive and negative risk-taking behaviors in terms of such aspects as gender difference,student origin difference,and only-child or non-only-child difference.The positive and negative risk-taking behaviors on the part of male students are significantly higher than those of female students;the positive and negative risk-taking behaviors on the part of urban college students are significantly higher than those of rural college students;the positive and negative risk-taking behaviors regarding only-child college students are significantly higher than those of non-only-child college students.Personal growth initiative can significantly predict college students’ positive risk-taking behaviors,and personal growth initiative can significantly negatively predict their negative risk-taking behaviors.
