摘要
课程质量在高校人才培养质量中起着基础和核心的作用。打造"金课"是全方位、多层次的综合改革工程,其中,加强产教融合、校企协同育人,既是实现"金课"的有效途径,又是提高人才培养质量、减少学用落差的有效模式。在具体实践中,学界和产业界双方应该摒弃诸如角色定位不清、合作意愿不高等痼疾,协同建立互利共赢的合作机制,共商共建共管,努力促进人才培养质量的全面提高。
Curriculum quality plays a fundamental and core role in cultivating college talents.Building "Golden Lesson" is an all-round and multi-level comprehensive reform project.In the process,strengthening the integration of production,and education is not only an effective way to realize the "golden lesson",but also an effective model to improve the quality of talent cultivation and to reduce the gap in learning and practice.In practice,all parties involved in the academia and industrial circle should abandon the chronic problems,such as unclear role orientation,lack of willingness to cooperate,etc.It is necessary to establish the cooperation mechanisms for mutual benefit and win-win result,to discuss and manage jointly,and to strive to promote the overall improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.
