摘要
作为中国传统文化的组成部分,太极文化有着历史悠久的文化底蕴,并对当代大学生的内在修养与外部形态具有积极的促进作用。分析太极拳的文化内涵、太极拳教学中的文化体系内容,以及高校太极拳教学中的文化传承困境,提出了促进高校太极文化传承的措施与实践方式。
As a part of Chinese traditional culture,Taichi culture has a long history of cultural heritage,and has a positive role in promoting the internal cultivation and external appearance regarding contemporary college students.This paper analyzes the cultural connotation of Taichi and the content of the cultural system in the teaching of Taichi,discusses predicament of cultural heritage in college Taichi teaching,and puts forward measures and practical ways to promote the cultural heritage of Taichi in colleges and universities.
