不同角度人体“倒牵”状态下组织血氧参数的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过近红外光谱技术测量人体处于不同角度"倒牵"状态时局部组织的血氧参数,了解局部组织氧的供需情况,为倒牵健身应用于全民健身运动提供生理学依据。选取大学生20人作为受试者,在"倒牵放松器"上分别处于水平卧位,以及30°、60°、90°倒牵状态各五分钟,采用近红外组织血氧参数无损监测仪测量脑组织和下肢肌肉组织的△Hb和△HbO^2,rSO^2。结果表明,脑组织△HbO^2、rSO^2在倒牵60°状态下与水平卧位相比较明显增加,下肢肌肉组织rSO^2在倒牵90°状态下与水平卧位、倒牵60°状态下相比较明显降低,且均有统计学差异。最后得出60°是最佳倒牵角度的结论。 IThe purpose of this study is to measure,with the near-infrared spectroscopy technology,partial tissue oxygenation parameter by postural changes in the inverted condition of different angles,helping people know the situation of oxygen supply and demand in the regional tissues,and hoping to provide the physiology evidence for the application of inversion fitness in the national fitness campaign.Twenty university students are selected as the subjects in the study,and they lay on the front on "the relaxing equipment" in horizontal position and 30,60,90 inverted position for five minutes.Near-infrared tissue oxygenation monitor is used to measure the variation of deoxyhemo-globin and oxyhemoglobin concentration (△Hb,△HbO2) and oxygen saturation of hemo-globin(rSO2) in their brain tissues and lower limb muscle tissues.The findings are as the following:compared with the condition of horizontal position,the △HbO2 and rSO2 in brain tissue increase significantly when in 60 inverted position;the rSO2 in lower limb muscles is obviously lower in 90 inverted position than that in horizontal position and 60 inverted position.The experiment showed 60° is the optimal inverted posture angle.
