薄基岩区顶板高水压工作面安全开采技术应用研究

摘要 霍州煤电集团店坪煤矿5#煤层工作面的开采受到突水溃砂的严重威胁,为保证即将进入采掘阶段的5-211工作面的安全回采,通过理论分析、计算及数值模拟等方法,得知影响防砂安全煤(岩)柱稳定性的因素主要有采煤工作面上覆岩层破坏情况及顶板高压水的影响,设计采用探放孔对顶板高压水进行超前疏放,在基岩变薄区域采用限高开采技术(采高2.2m)进行开采,现场应用效果表明,该方法成功的防止了工作面顶板突水溃砂事故的发生,实现了工作面的安全高效回采。 Huo zhou coal group shop ping 5#coal seam working face of coal mine water inrush and supervising the serious threat of sand mining,in order to ensure the entering mining phase 5-211 working face of safety mining,through the theoretical analysis and calculation and numerical simulation methods,that influence the stability of sand control safety coal(rock)column factors mainly include coal mining and roof strata condition on the surface of high pressure water and the effect of design USES ground put holes was carried out on the roof of high pressure water advance ShuFang,utilizing limited high mining technology in the bedrock thinning area(2.2 m)mining height are broken in drilling,field application results indicate that This method successfully prevents the occurrence of roof water inrush and sand burst on the working face and realizes the safe and efficient mining on the working face.
