综采放顶煤工作面过断层超前注浆加固技术 被引量:5

摘要 针对赵庄二号井2301工作面过断层,通过关键钻探孔揭露情况进行断层分布预测和支架上抬设计,确定机采高度范围,较精确地制定了钻孔布置方案,采用高强、高渗透性注浆材料,分析了合理注浆时机,配合高注浆压力,在顺槽内进行了超前注浆加固试验。结果表明:平均单孔注浆量3.5t,注浆后工作面未发生冒顶,与未注浆区域相比,工作面推进速度由0.88m/d提高到2.5m/d,实现了工作面顺利过断层。 In view of throughing fault of the 2301 working face of Zhaozhuang No.2 well,the fault distribution prediction and the bracket uplift design were carried out through the key drilling hole exposure conditions,the machine height range was determined,and the drilling arrangement scheme was accurately formulated,and the high strength and high permeability grouting material were adopted,the reasonable grouting timing was analyzed,and the advanced grouting reinforcement test was carried out in the groove with the high grouting pressure.The results show that the average single-hole grouting volume is 3.5 tons,and there is no roof collapse after grouting.Compared with the un-slurry area,the working surface advancement speed is increased from 0.88m/d to 2.5m/d,achieving a smooth through the fault.
