摘要 基于霍尔辛赫矿井3605综放工作面JX26陷落柱的特征,本文结合生产实践,对直接过陷落柱的工艺进行了研究与实践。通过控制工作面的顶板与采高,完善排水系统能力,改变劳动组织,采用放振动炮后采煤机截割扫顶扫底的方法推进,同时根据陷落柱岩石段软硬程度改变炮眼布置,并利用废旧皮带加强对工作面设备的保护。结果表明:通过此工艺提高了煤炭资源的回收率,延缓了矿井采掘衔接的紧张,保证了工作面连续推进,并对其他相似工作面提供了借鉴。 Based on the characteristics of the JX26 collapse column in the 3605 working face of Huoerxinhe Mine,this paper studies and practices the technology of directly passing through the collapse column in combination with the production practice.Through controlling the roof and mining height of the working face,improving the drainage system capacity,changing the labor organization,adopting the method of cutting and sweeping the roof and bottom by shearer after blasting vibration gun,changing the blasting hole layout according to the soft and hard degree of the rock section of the collapse column,and using the waste belt to strengthen the protection of the working face equipment.The results show that this technology improves the recovery rate of coal resources,delays the tension between mining and excavation,ensures the continuous advance of working face,and provides a reference for other similar working faces.
