摘要
以近距离煤层工作面为研究对象,采用RFPA模拟得到2煤4202工作面和4煤4401工作面回风巷同采错距大于100m时,下煤层巷道掘进受上煤层工作面回采影响较小。划分了巷道掘进和工作面回采期间冲击危险区域,4401工作面回风巷掘进期间采用“分段式”防治措施,4202工作面回采期间危险区域采用大直径钻孔卸压+匀速慢推的防治措施。采用钻屑法进行卸压效果检验,结果表明,卸压效果良好。
Taking the short-distance coal seam face as the research object,the RFPA simulation was used to get that when the dislocation distance between the return air roadway of No.2 coal 4202 face and No.4 coal 4401 face is greater than 100 m,the driving of lower coal seam roadway is less affected by the mining of upper coal seam face.The dangerous areas of roadway excavation and working face mining are divided.The"sectional"prevention measures are adopted in the air return roadway excavation of 4401 working face,and the prevention measures of large diameter borehole pressure relief and uniform speed slow push are adopted in the dangerous areas of 4202 working face.The pressure relief effect is tested by drilling cuttings method,and the results show that the pressure relief effect is good.
