摘要
为了增加空气压缩机的运行效率,降低空气压缩机高压启动对电网的冲击,根据回坡底矿井下压风需求计算结果,将3台空气压缩机中2台改为变频控制,并采用ACS-4000集中控制系统,改变空压机控制方式。采用上述方式不仅降低了空气压缩机改造费用,而且提升了空气压缩机的利用率以及自动化程度。
In order to increase the operating efficiency of the air compressor and reduce the impact of the high pressure start of the air compressor on the power grid,according to the calculation result of the downwind demand in the bottom of the backwater mine,two of the three air compressors were changed to frequency conversion control and adopted.The ACS-4000 centralized control system changes the air compressor control mode.The above method not only reduces the cost of air compressor renovation,but also improves the utilization rate and automation of the air compressor.
