掘进工作面支护方案与锚杆抗拔作用力学模型研究

Study on the support model of the driving face and the mechanical model of the bolt pullout resistance

结合同忻三盘区山2#煤层8201工作面切眼掘进施工实例,介绍了EBZ-260型综掘机掘进施工工艺及锚杆(索)支护方法。探讨了锚杆抗拔作用的力学模型及荷载计算。实践证明,施工技术措施科学合理,支护方法适当,确保了安全生产,取得了较好的经济效益。

This paper introduces the construction example of the EBZ-260 type comprehensive excavation machine and the bolt(cable)support method in combination with the construction example of the 8D coal seam 8201 working face in Tongpan Sanpan District.The mechanical model and load calculation of bolt pullout resistance are discussed.Practice has proved that the construction technical measures are scientific and reasonable,and the supporting methods are appropriate,ensuring safe production and achieving good economic benefits.
