浅谈快速安撤综放工作面运输系统的升级改造

综放工作面的安装撤除进度,直接影响煤矿安全生产接续,与煤矿的产量和效益直接挂钩,因此,如何提高综放工作面的安装撤除速度,是我们急需解决的问题。制约综放工作面安撤速度的主要环节和工序无非重型设备的起吊,装封车作业以及沿线运输,它是安撤管理中最薄弱、最难控制的环节。本文介绍了兴隆庄煤矿新的辅助运输系统--柴油单轨吊运输系统,它具有传统运输系统不具备的多项优点,实现了设备起吊、装封车与运输环节中的安全、高效运行,大大缩短了工作面安撤工期,提高了煤矿企业的安全经济效益和社会效益。

the progress of installation and removal of the comprehensive face directly affects the safety of coal mine production,and is directly linked to the output and benefits of coal mine.Therefore,how to improve the speed of installation and removal of the comprehensive face is a problem that we urgently need to solve.The main links and processes that restrict the safe withdrawal speed of the comprehensive loading face are the lifting,loading and sealing of heavy equipment,and transportation along the route.It is the weakest and most difficult to control in the management of safe withdrawal.This paper introduces a new auxiliary transportation system for Xinglongzhuang coal mine,the diesel monorail crane transportation system,which has many advantages that the traditional transportation system does not have,and realizes the safe and efficient operation of equipment lifting,loading and sealing vehicles and transportation links.It greatly shortened the period of safe withdrawal of the working face and improved the safety and economic benefits and social benefits of coal mining enterprises.
