摘要
针对强烈动压造成巷道大变形、强破坏的技术难题,以阳煤新元煤矿9号煤辅运大巷为工程实例,从工程布局上分析巷道矿压显现特征,为缓解原支护中存在的技术缺陷,提出锚杆条带碹支护的巷道支护理念,运用先柔后刚、刚柔并举、抗让结合的原则,巷道初期支护采用“锚网喷”联合支护,后期支护采用柔模混凝土碹体支护。工程实践表明:采用锚杆条带碹支护,有利于锚索预应力的扩散,围岩的整体承载能力得到极大增强,巷道围岩变形量明显减小,表明锚杆条带碹支护方案对动压影响下巷道围岩控制有较好的效果。
In order to overcome the support difficulty of roadway severe deformation and severe destruction in soft and mudding roadway,taking Auxiliary transport roadway of no.9 coal seam in Xinyuan coal mine,Yangquan city,the strata pressure behaviors characteristics of roadway were analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,In order to alleviate the technical defects existing in the original roadway support,the roadway support concept with anchoring crown was put forward,and the principles of soft and then rigid,combining rigid and soft,and combining resistance and crown were applied.Through the field experiment and observation,Under the influence of dynamic pressure,roadway surrounding rock under the influence of anchoring crown support scheme can be effectively controlled.
