摘要
矿用刮板输送机处于煤尘严重、潮湿、通风不良等恶劣工作环境,结构部件易受损,故障率高。为了改善刮板输送机中部槽、链轮等结构性能,分别对中部槽、链轮组件、刮板、机架提出了改进措施。通过工程运用表明,改进的刮板输送机结构件具有强度高、寿命长、容量大等特点,良好的解决了刮板输送机存在的问题,为实现矿井快速采煤奠定了基础。
Mine scraper conveyor is in a bad working environment,such as coal dust,humidity and poor ventilation.Its structural parts are vulnerable to damage and its failure rate is high.In order to improve the structure and performance of the middle groove and sprocket of scraper conveyor,the improvement measures for the middle groove,sprocket assembly,scraper and frame are put forward respectively.The engineering application shows that the improved scraper conveyor structure has the characteristics of high strength,long service life and large capacity.It solves the problems of scraper conveyor and lays a foundation for realizing rapid coal mining in mine.
