摘要
储能作为影响能源格局的新兴产业,安全是该前沿技术长期使用的关键问题之一。如何保证在提升电池综合性能的前提下兼顾功能安全性,储能电池管理系统(BMS)对功能安全研究的需求尤为迫切。提出将功能安全规范引入电化学储能BMS,提出一套符合IEC 61508标准的储能BMS设计方案,将风险降低到合理且可容忍的范围。
The energy storage is an emerging industry that affects the energr pattern.And the security is one of the key issues in the long-term use of this cutting-edge technoligy.On the premise of improneing the comprehensive performance of the battery,the functional safety should be taken into accout.The demand for functional safety research of energy storage battery management system is particularly urgent.The paper used the functional safety specification into the electrodemical energy storage battery management system(BMS).A set of energy storage BMS deign scheme which confirms to IEC 61508 standard was presented.In could reducedthe risk to a reasonable and tolerable range.
