摘要
根据对东北林业大学、南京林业大学、中国林科院、国际竹藤中心等单位"林业院校传统学科人才培养现状"的调查,得知由于就业情况、学生对传统林业专业兴趣下降、教学与实际脱节等原因,林业传统学科整体情况并不乐观。总体上看,林草行业人才仍十分短缺,人才数量和素质与行业的要求还很不适应。人才的培养应该从源头抓起,建议高校和林业管理部门从全国林草业院校统筹布局,坚持给专科合适的招生比例,人才培养进行供给侧结构性改革,建设高素质专业化干部队伍,推动林业学科建设和发展等几个方面着手改良人才培养和使用机制。
According to the investigation“the current situation of talents cultivation of traditional subject in forestry colleges and universities”on Northeast Forestry University,Nanjing Forestry University,China Academy of Forestry,International Bamboo and Rattan Center and other institutions,it is revealed that the overall situation of traditional subject of forestry is not optimistic because of the employment situation,the decline of students’interest in traditional forestry major,the disconnection between teaching and practice and other reasons.Seen as a whole,there is still a shortage of talents in the forest and grass industries,and the quantity and quality of talents are not suitable for the requirements of the industries.The cultivation of talents should start from the source.It is suggested that colleges and universities and forestry administrative departments should make overall arrangement to improve the personnel training and use mechanism from several aspects,such as providing the appropriate enrollment ratio for junior college students,the supply side reform of talent cultivation,the establishment of high-quality professional administrators team,and the promotion the construction and development of forestry discipline.
