林业专业“产教融合,产学研一体化”人才培养模式探析

"产教融合,产学研一体化"是职业院校人才培养的重要思想。通过产教融合、校企联合培养,学生经过实际的专业工作环境的锻炼,综合素质和就业竞争力得到提高,学校和企业也是"双赢"。我校在林业专业"产教融合,产学研一体化"人才培养模式机制、校企"双赢"合作体系、构建林业发展需要的基层人才培养和技术服务体系等方面进行探索,师资能力和学生职业技能、林业科学研究水平、服务三农、专业建设等方面都取得显著效果。未来,我校在林业专业"产教融合,产学研一体化"人才培养模式中将继续探索实践,更新观念、丰富内涵、大胆创新,形成可具推广的林业专业"产教融合,产学研一体化"人才培养模式,以培养更多符合现代林业发展需要的技术技能型人才。

“Industry-education integration,production and research integration”is an important thought of talent training in vocational colleges.Through the integration of industry and education and the joint training of schools and enterprises,the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students are improved through the training of the actual professional working environment,and the schools and enterprises are also“win-win”.The forestry specialty of our school has explored the talent training mode mechanism of“industry-education integration,production and research integration”,school enterprise“win-win”cooperation system,construction of grass-roots talent training and technical service system required by forestry development,and achieved remarkable results in terms of teachers’ability and students’professional skills,research level of forestry science,service for agriculture,rural areas and professional construction.In the future,our school will continue to explore and practice in the personnel training mode of“industry-education integration,production and research integration”of the forestry specialty,update the concept,enrich the connotation,and make bold innovation to form the personnel training mode of“industry-education integration,production and research integration”of the forestry specialty that can be popularized,so as to cultivate more technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of modern forestry development.
