数字时代学术论文参考文献著录差错问题的治理策略研究

Research on the Governance Strategy of the Bibliographic Errors of Academic Papers in the Digital Era

在全面论述数字时代加强对学术论文参考文献著录差错问题治理意义的基础上,提出应该在确保参考文献著录规则的正确性、稳定性和权威性的前提下,加强对参考文献著录规则的宣传、普及、学习长效机制的建设,加强对参考文献著录规范的审读,建立相应的奖惩制度,以提高参考文献著录的科学性、完整性和正确性,促进学术繁荣。

On the basis of comprehensively discussing the significance of strengthening the governance of the errors in the bibliographic description of academic papers in the digital era,this paper puts forward that on the premise of ensuring the correctness,stability and authority of the bibliographic description rules,we should strengthen the construction of the publicity,popularization and long-term learning mechanism of the bibliographic description rules,strengthen the examination and reading of the bibliographic description rules.In order to improve the scientificity,integrity and correctness of bibliographic description and promote academic prosperity,the corresponding reward and punishment system should be established.
