政府购买社会组织助残服务的实效研究——以L市为例

Study on the Effect of Governmen’s Purchase of Social Organization’s Disability Service: Taking L City as an Example

现阶段,助残社会组织采取多种方式参与政府购买服务,最主要的方式是公益创投,且取得了一定的成效,但是在成效背后仍然存在一系列不可忽视的问题。探索政府购买助残社会组织的相关服务,提升助残服务实效性,仍然需要通过不断的调研和更多的创新,探索可能实施的方法和途径。

At the present stage,disabled social organizations participate in government purchasing services in various ways;the most important way is public welfare venture capital,which has achieved certain results.But behind the problems we find that there are still a series of problems that cannot be ignored.To explore the government’s purchase of relevant services of social organizations for the disabled and improve the effectiveness of services for the disabled,it still needs continuous investigation and more innovation to explore possible ways and means of implementation.
