互联网时代连云港市职工素质提升的问题与对策研究

实施职工素质建设工程,提高职工队伍整体素质,是工会工作的重要组成部分,是工会“大学校”职能的重要体现,也是工会组织与时俱进的必然要求。结合近年来连云港市总工会职工素质建设工程的探索实践及取得的成效,分析了当前职工素质建设中的存在问题,并就有效地利用网络的优势进一步提升职工素质进行了研究。

It is an important part of the work of the trade union to carry out the construction project of the quality of the workers and improve the overall quality of the workers.It is also an important embodiment of the“school”functions of the trade union and an inevitable requirement for the trade union to keep pace with the times.Combined with the exploration and practice of the quality construction project of Lianyungang Federation of Trade Unions in recent years,this paper analyzes on the existing problems in the quality construction of the current staff,and studies on the effective use of the advantages of the network to further improve the quality of the staff.
