高校化工研究生同质化培养的问题、原因及解决路径

On the Problems, Causes and Solutions of Homogenization Training for Chemical Postgraduates in Universities

阐述了化工学术型和专业学位研究生呈现出培养目标同质化现象,分析认为这主要由于招生行政化干预、导师实践创新能力弱、研究生学风建设不足造成的。要改变这种情况,需要推进化工研究生分类培养理念和实践,下放招生权限,培养导师创新能力和研究生培养全过程监控。坚持市场化的思路对于解决化工研究生同质化培养问题是一种新的路径。

This paper expounds the homogenization of training objectives of graduate students of chemical engineering academic and professional degree,which is mainly caused by administrative intervention of enrollment,weak practical innovation ability of tutors,and insufficient construction of study style of graduate students.In order to change this situation,it is necessary to promote the concept and practice of classified training of chemical graduate students,decentralize the authority of enrollment,cultivate the innovation ability of tutors and monitor the whole process of postgraduate training.Sticking to the idea of marketization is a new way to solve the problem of homogenization of chemical graduate students.
