美国大学生事务CAS标准的旨归:学生学习与发展

摘要 在全面介绍学生学习与发展成果、40个领域工作标准、大学生事务人员卓越特征、大学生事务人员道德伦理原则、专业标准实施效果评估等为主要内容的CAS大学生事务专业化工作体系的基础上,指出CAS标准的修订过程就是构建学生学习与发展工作体系的过程,从而提出我国高校学生事务工作专业化发展需要系统设计发展的目标、路径及方案。 Based on the comprehensive introduction of CAS professional work system of college students’affairs,which includes the achievements of students’learning and development,40 work standards in different fields,outstanding characteristics of college students’affairs personnel,moral and ethical principles of college students’affairs personnel,and the evaluation of the implementation effect of professional standards,this paper points out that the revision process of CAS standard is the process of constructing the work system of students’learning and development.It also points out that the development of students’affairs in colleges and universities in China need the goal,path and scheme of systematic design and development.
