摘要
采用烟气余热回收技术能够有效的减小排烟热损失,提高机组经济性。系统分析了单独低低温省煤器系统和低省联合暖风器系统的设计特点及在工程中的应用实例,针对低温省煤器解列后暖风器将无法运行,造成空气预热器冷端硫酸氢铵沉积堵灰的问题提出采用分离式低温省煤器与暖风器系统,其节能效果更好,提高了机组的安全性和经济性。
The flue gas waste heat recovery technology can effectively reduce the heat loss of the exhaust gas and improve the economics of the unit.The design characteristics of the single low-temperature economizer system and the low-cost combined heater system and the application examples in the project are analyzed systematically.After the low-temperature economizer is disassembled,the heater cannot be operated,resulting in the deposition of air preheater.The problem is to propose a separate low-temperature economizer and heater system,which has better energy-saving effect and improves the safety and economy of the unit.
