摘要 根据发电机漏氢量超标的危害,对某厂210 MW机组刚大修后开机正常运行不久就发生发电机漏氢的现象进行分析,经判断是内环导电螺钉偏离孔中心,致使密封垫压偏,气体逸出,导致导电螺钉密封不良。因此,解体检修中不能忽略的隐患密封点,即密封“死点”的安装工艺。从发电机安装、检修、运行等方面提出了9个防范措施,并根据其原因和处理过程对今后的发电机检修提出了相应的预防措施,确保发电机的安全稳定运行。 According to the hazards of excessive hydrogen leakage from generators,the phenomenon of hydrogen leakage from generators occurred shortly after the normal operation of the 210 MW unit of a certain factory was started after the overhaul.After investigation,it was judged that the conductive screw of the inner ring deviated from the center of the hole,resulting in seal cushion pressure.Offset,gas escape,lead to conductive screw seal poor,through this analysis,attention is paid to some of the hidden dangers that are easily overlooked in the overhaul,seal"dead point",and require that you should not ignore the installation process of these points because of the pursuit of progress.Nine preventive measures were put forward from the aspects of generator installation,overhaul and operation,and corresponding preventive measures were put forward according to the reasons and treatment process to ensure the safety and stability of generator operation.
