摘要
基于水泵变频调节节能的理论基础,分析中央空调冷冻水系统在设计和运行控制过程中的节能方法。设计过程中,分析了不同水泵性能曲线的适用条件及水泵最高效率点的选取原则;控制过程中,给出了空调冷冻水一次泵变流量系统不同的压差传感器布置位置对于节能的影响,证明了合理的布置压差传感器对于压差控制可达到不同的节能效果,在系统末端负荷变化趋势一致时,采用压差传感器布置在系统末端的控制方式节能效果最为明显。
Based on the energy saving theory of variable frequency drive pump,this paper analyzes the energy saving method in the design and operational control of central air-conditioning chilled water system.In the design process,different pump characteristic curve apply to different conditions,and the principle of choosing maximum efficiency point of water pump is analyzed.In the control process,the different installation position of central air-conditioning chilled water variable primary flow system differential pressure sensor has the different impact on energy saving effect.When the change trend of the end load of the system is consistent,the most energy efficient way is locating the differential pressure sensor at the end of the system.
