摘要 循环流化床锅炉启动过程中如何用最低的油耗点火成功,是分宜电厂目前实现2019年中心工作“控亏减亏”之关键,亦是电厂未来重点控制的燃油指标。通过改进油枪的点火方式、降低投煤着火温度、具体参照炉膛密相区的温度测量区域等点火方案,使得每次的启动用油由40 t以上降至每次30 t以下,有效地控制了油耗。 How to use the lowest fuel consumption in the start-up process of the CFB boiler is the key to realize the control and loss reduction in the 2019 central work of the Fenyi power plant,is also the fuel index for the future key control of the Fenyi power plant.Through improving the ignition mode of oil gun to reduce the ignition temperature of coal injection,referring to the temperature measurement area of dense phase zone in the furnace and other ignition schemes,the starting oil is reduced from over 40 t to below 30 t each time,effectively controlling the fuel consumption.
