With the advent of the new round of scientific and technological revolution, the world industrial structure faces deep adjustment,which has huge impact on the catch-up strategies of the later modern countries. Under this general trend, the traditional industry of Cangzhou faces new opportunities and challenges.Driven by “a new round of science and technology revolution”, this paper discusses the issue of how traditional industries can be upgraded to promote a new round of economic innovation and development in Cangzhou innovative thinking.
