摘要
本文采用放电等离子烧结技术烧结Fe-2Cu-1.5Ni-0.5Mo-0.8C球磨粉末,重点研究球磨时间对粉末致密化、烧结体显微组织和力学性能的影响规律.研究表明,延长球磨时间,可提高粉末的热稳定性,抑制烧结过程中的组织粗化,从而令烧结体在更宽的烧结温度区间内,保持细小的显微组织结构,获得较佳的力学性能.
The effects of milling time on spark plasma sintering of Fe-2Cu-1.5Ni-0.5Mo-0.8C milled powder were investigated.The results shows that increasing milling time can improve the thermal ability of the milled powders.Since grain growth is inhibited effectively during sintering,the sintered samples of 30 h and 40 h milled powders exhibit better bending strength at elevated temperature than those of 10 h and 20 h milled powders.
