摘要
在农业生产中,为了有效预防病虫害的发生、促进作物的良好生长,必须使用一定的化学农药。农药残留会使得环境污染问题逐渐加剧,导致水生态环境、土壤环境和大气环境等恶化,威胁人们的健康安全。同时,这也是限制农业可持续发展的关键因素。气相色谱及气质联用能够为农药残留分析提供依据,解决当前的农药污染问题。本文对气相色谱及气质联用技术在农药残留分析中的应用策略进行分析。
In agricultural production,in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases and insect pests and promote the good growth of crops,it is necessary to use certain chemical pesticides.Due to the existence of pesticide residues,environmental pollution will gradually aggravate,leading to the deterioration of water ecological environment,soil environment and atmospheric environment,threatening people’s health and safety.At the same time,it is also a key factor limiting the sustainable development of agriculture.Gas chromatography and gc-ms can provide the basis for pesticide residue analysis and solve the current problem of pesticide pollution.In this paper,the application strategies of gas chromatography and GC-MS in pesticide residue analysis were analyzed.
