摘要
经济全球化进程的不断加快使得我国经济和世界经济的交流越来越频繁,在很大程度上也促进了我国市场经济的发展,我国企业的外部市场竞争环境也趋于严峻。为此,我国企业逐渐开始重视企业管理工作,以此来提高企业的经济效益。论文分析了企业管理是企业经济效益提高的前提,以及从财务管理、人力资源管理和内部管理三个方面探讨了通过加强企业管理以提高经济效益的措施,希望对我国企业的长久发展有所帮助。
The accelerating process of economic globalization makes the communication between China's economy and the world's economy more and more frequent.To a large extent,it also promotes the development of China's market economy,and the external market competition environment of China's enterprises tends to be severe.Therefore,China's enterprises gradually begin to attach importance to enterprise management,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper analyzes that enterprise management is the premise of improving the economic benefits of enterprises,and discusses the measures to improve the economic benefits by strengthening enterprise management from three aspects of financial management,human resources management and internal management,hoping to help the long-term development of enterprises in China.
