With the rapid development of China's macro-economy and China's regulation of the real estate industry,the real estate industry is facing a series of challenges,financial management is particularly important.How to solve the problems existing in financial management has become the first problem to be studied.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the financial management of the real estate industry,so as to find scientific and reasonable countermeasures,so that the real estate industry can be steadily improved in the future development.
