在互联网快速发展的时代下,创新教育逐步深入各大院校之中,能够有效培养学生的创新创业能力,促进我国的就业形势,进而推动我国“双创”的发展。基于此,论文就目前创新教育人才培养开展的基本原则入手,分析院校开展创新教育人才培养的难点,提出相关的创新教育人才培养模式,希望能有效提高创新教育的质量,以供广大同仁参考。

In the era of rapid development of the internet,innovative education has gradually penetrated into colleges and universities,which can effectively cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,promote China's employment situation,and further promote the development of"double innovation"in China.Based on this,this paper starts with the basic principles of innovative education talents training,analyzes the difficulties of innovative education talents training in colleges and universities,and puts forward relevant innovative education talents training mode,hoping to effectively improve the quality of innovative education,for the reference of colleagues.
