南昌城市病现状及治理分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Government of Urban Diseases in Nanchang

结合江西省城市功能与品质提升方案,为了使南昌走出一条彰显南昌特色、顺应人民期盼的城市发展之路,南昌城市病调研组,通过实地走访、问卷调查等方式收集资料,对南昌市“脏”“乱”“堵”等城市病展开了为期七天的调研。论文提出,南昌城市目前存在水体污染严重、排水系统不完善、垃圾乱扔乱堆、架空线“蜘蛛网”、占道经营、乱停放、交通指挥系统不完善、公共交通不完善、私家车数量多等问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

In combination with the urban function and quality improvement plan of Jiangxi Province,in order to make Nanchang walk out of a road of urban development that highlights the characteristics of Nanchang and conforms to the expectations of the people,the Nanchang urban diseases research group,through field visits,questionnaires and other ways to collect data,conducted a seven day research on urban diseases such as"dirty","disorderly"and"blocked"in Nanchang City.The paper points out that there are many problems in Nanchang City,such as serious water pollution,imperfect drainage system,garbage littering,overhead lines like"spider webs",road occupation,random parking,imperfect traffic command system,imperfect public transportation,and a large number of private cars,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
