高校后勤是高校服务体系不可或缺的组成部分,后勤人员在为教学、科研、师生服务的同时还承担着育人的重要责任,对大学生成长成才发挥着不可忽视的作用。社会经济的快速发展,对高校后勤的管理提出了更高的要求。论文对转型背景下高校后勤服务育人的现状进行审视,提出了高校后勤服务、育人功能实现的条件和方法,以期促进高校后勤的转型发展。

The logistics of colleges and universities is an indispensable part of the service system of colleges and universities.While serving for teaching,scientific research,teachers and students,the logistics personnel also bear the important responsibility of educating people,and play an important role in the growth and development of college students.With the rapid development of social economy,higher requirements are put forward for the management of logistics in colleges and universities.This paper examines the current situation of service and education of logistics in colleges and universities under the background of transformation,and puts forward the conditions and methods for realizing the functions of service and education of logistics in colleges and universities,so as to promote the transformation and development of logistics in colleges and universities.
