摘要
乡村旅游完善了我国旅游发展模式,但随着乡村旅游的普及,其中的问题也逐渐凸显。乡村旅游管理中,高素质旅游人才极为紧缺,影响了乡村旅游模式的进一步发展。论文通过对经济转型形势下乡村旅游人才培养途径的研究,旨在改善目前乡村旅游人才缺乏的局面,促进我国形成健全的乡村旅游人才培养体系,推动旅游产业的有序发展。
Rural tourism has improved the development mode of tourism in China,but with the popularity of rural tourism,the problems are gradually highlighted.In the management of rural tourism,there is a great shortage of high-quality tourism talents,which affects the further development of rural tourism mode.This paper studies the ways of training rural tourism talents under the situation of economic transition,aiming at improving the current situation of lack of rural tourism talents,promoting the formation of a sound training system of rural tourism talents,and promoting the orderly development of tourism industry.
