摘要
针对铝电解孤网的控制难点及防御框架进行分析及措施应对,把控制难点进行化解,建立好系统配置及完善的控制策略,并考虑其可靠性,用测试数据及系统试验去充分验证电网特性、负载特性、控制精度、控制策略等,发挥整流装置的柔性控制技术,从整流装置的自动稳频控制、系统失稳的快速控制、错频控制、子站间协调控制等多样控制模式,实现负荷端三道防线的协调防御。
In view of the control difficulties and defense framework of aluminum electrolysis isolated network,this paper analyzes and measures to solve the control difficulties,establishes the system configuration and perfect control strategy,and considers its reliability,fully validates the power grid characteristics,load characteristics,control accuracy,control strategy and so on with test data and system tests,gives full play to the flexible control technology of rectifier,and automatic frequency stabilization control of rectifier.The rapid control of system instability,error frequency control,inter-station coordination control and other control modes realize the coordinated defense of the three lines of defense at the load end.
