Analysis of the Detection and Maintenance of Faults in Chemical Instruments

化工生产过程当中需要应用化工仪器完成监管工作,但是长期的持续工作以及恶劣的工作条件使仪表极易发生故障,因此,化工仪表的故障维修极为重要。论文从化工仪表常见的故障类型、化工仪表的故障检测与维修、故障的预防措施三个方面进行探讨和分析。

In the process of chemical production,chemical instruments need to be used to complete the supervision and management work,but the long-term continuous work and poor working conditions make the instruments extremely prone to produce faults.Therefore,the faults maintenance of chemical instruments is extremely important.This paper discusses and analyzes from three aspects,including common fault types of chemical instruments,detection and maintenance of faults in chemical instruments,and preventive measures for faults.
