补肾养精颗粒对卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者周期性预处理的疗效

Effect of Bushen Yangjing Granule periodic pretreatment on infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve

目的观察补肾养精颗粒周期性预处理治疗卵巢储备功能减退(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法将62例肾虚型DOR不孕患者,用随机数字法分成观察组和对照组各31例,分两个阶段进行治疗。第一阶段观察组和对照组分别给予补肾养精颗粒及雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装(芬吗通);第二阶段均加服来曲唑。观察两组患者治疗前、后临床症状积分、卵巢储备功能、妊娠状态以及药物安全性的差异。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状及卵巢储备功能均较治疗前改善(P <0.01),且均未见药物不良反应。与对照组相比,观察组在改善临床症状积分、降低基础卵泡刺激素及基础黄体生成素水平、升高基础雌二醇、抗苗勒管激素及窦卵泡数计数、增加临床妊娠率方面明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论补肾养精颗粒周期性预处理可以有效改善DOR不孕患者的卵巢储备,提高妊娠率,值得临床规范化推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yangjing Granule on periodical treatment of infertility with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR). Methods 62 cases of DOR infertility with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases). Each group were treated with two stages. In the first stage,the treatment group and the control group were given Bushen Yangjing Granule and femoston respectively,and in the second stage,letrozole was added. The differences of clinical symptom score,ovarian reserve function,pregnancy status and drug safety between the two groups were observed. Results The clinical symptoms and ovarian reserve function of the two groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.01),and there were no adverse drug reactions. Compared with control group,experimental group had better results in improving clinical symptom,depressing levels of bFSH and bLH,elevating numbers of bE2,AMH and AFC,and increasing the rate of pregnancy,with significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Periodic pretreatment of Bushen Yangjing Granule can effectively improve ovarian reserve and pregnancy rate on patients with DOR,which is worthy of clinical standardization and application.
