补肾纳气方治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果

Clinical observation of Bushen Naqi Decoction in treating patients with deficiency type COPD

目的探讨与观察补肾纳气方治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者的临床效果。方法肺肾气虚型COPD患者144例分为观察组与对照组各72例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予补肾纳气方治疗,两组治疗观察3个月,记录患者临床症状与免疫功能变化情况。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的90.3%(P <0.05);两组治疗后的咳嗽、气促、喘促积分较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),观察组积分也明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后两组的IgA、IgG、IgM水平与FEV1%与FEV1/FVC%值都显著高于治疗前(P <0.05),观察组也显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论补肾纳气方治疗肺肾气虚型COPD能提高患者的免疫功能与肺功能,从而能改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate and observe the clinical effects of Bushen Naqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency type chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 144 patients with Qi deficiency type COPD were equally and stochastically divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Bushen Naqi Decoction combined with the conventional medicine. The two groups were observed for 1 month,and the changes of the clinical symptoms and immune function were recorded. Results The total effective rates after treatment in the observation group were 100.0%,which were significantly higher than that in the control group(90.3%)(P < 0.05). The cough,shortness of breath and asthmatic scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),moreover,these datas in the observation group scores were also significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and FEV1 and FEV1/FVC after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the observation group were also significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Bushen Naqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency type COPD with the ability of improving clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect of the conventional medicine can improve the immune function and lung function of the patients.
