基于排序空间的学术期刊综合评价指标体系研究

Research on the Index System of Comprehensive Evaluation of Academic Journals Based on Ranking Space

[目的/意义]目前学术期刊评价缺乏公认权威的评价报告,该研究从指标优化、过程简化和结果解读等视角,探讨学术期刊的学术地位综合评价新思路。[方法/过程]了解学术期刊评价研究现状、现有评价体系的特点和问题,寻求理论依据;根据“学术地位”评价价值取向确定“学术质量”“影响力”“流行度”评价维度及指标,构建基于排序空间的综合评价模型;以图情学、艺术学和林学类期刊为样本进行实证研究以检验评价效果。[结果/结论]该研究构建的基于排序空间的学术期刊综合评价模型,评价效果良好;相比“影响力”“流行度”,“学术质量”是衡量一个学术期刊水平和品质的最根本维度;学术期刊等值面分档、散点分布均与实际情况较相符;网络指标具有较好的评价价值,但其数据覆盖不理想。

[Purpose/Significance]In order to solve the problem of missing evaluation reports of recognized authoritative academic journals,this paper chooses the perspectives of index optimization,process simplification and result interpretation to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the academic status of academic journals,providing new ideas for the evaluation of academic journals.[Method/Process]Firstly,we need to understand the current situation of academic journal evaluation research,the characteristics and problems of the existing evaluation systems.Then,according to the evaluation value orientation,three evaluation dimensions of academic quality,impact and popularity and evaluation indexes are determined,and a comprehensive evaluation model based on the ranking space is constructed.Finally,an empirical study is conducted to test the evaluation effect by taking journals of library and information science,Art and forestry as samples.[Result/Conclusion]The research shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of academic journals,based on ranking space,has good evaluation effect.Compared with impact and popularity,academic quality is the most fundamental dimension to measure the level and quality of an academic journal.The results of isosurface grading and scatter distribution of academic journals are consistent with actual situation.Web indicators seems to be great indicators for journals evaluation,but with poor coverage.
