乳腺癌术后化疗围绝经期患者生活质量及影响因素分析

Analysis of the quality of life and the influencing factors of patients with breast cancer in perimenopause after chemotherapy

目的调查乳腺癌术后化疗处于围绝经期患者生活质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表、社会支持评定量表及焦虑、抑郁自评量表,于2018年11月—2019年2月对在3所三级甲等医院168例乳腺癌术后化疗处于围绝经期患者进行调查。结果患者生活质量总分为(87.87±18.41)分,处于较低水平。多元线性回归分析提示化疗次数、焦虑、抑郁及社会支持程度是乳腺癌术后化疗处于围绝经期患者生活质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后化疗处于围绝经期患者生活质量总体较低,受社会支持、焦虑、抑郁、化疗次数等因素影响。建议医护人员在临床工作中及时发现患者的不良情绪和社会支持网中存在的问题,采取针对性的干预措施,以提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life of breast cancer patients with perimenopausal syndrome and its influencing factors during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 168 patients with breast cancer in three tertiary hospitals from November 2018 to February 2019 were investigated by General Data Questionnaire,Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,and Social Support Rating.Results The quality of life score of chemotherapy patients with breast cancer was in poor level(87.87±18.41).The number of chemotherapy anxiety,depression and social support entered the multiple regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients with perimenopausal syndrome have poor quality of life.Clinical nursing staff should take targeted nursing interventions to improve their quality of life based on the main factors influencing the quality of life in chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.
