建筑施工企业生产安全事故原因分析与防控对策 被引量:3

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON PRODUCTION SAFETY ACCIDENTS IN CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL COUNTERMEASURES

摘要 作为一项高危行业,建筑业中的工伤事故时有发生。为了有效预防与控制施工企业生产安全事故的发生,采用事故统计与分析方法对2016年全国发生的较大及以上生产安全事故展开分析。结果表明:2016年全国共发生较大及以上事故312起,其中建筑业42起,仅次于交通运输业;坍塌、坠落、触电为建筑施工企业主要事故类型。事故原因主要为施工现场层面原因以及管理层面原因。基于以上分析结果,根据安全生产标准化相关要求及企业情况,提出相应的控制措施,为企业安全生产提供技术支持。 As a high-risk industry,industrial accidents happen in construction industry now and then.In order to prevent and control the occurrence of production safety accidents in construction enterprises effectively,the accident statistics and analysis method is adopted to analyze the larger or more serious production safety accidents occurred in 2016.The results show that there were 312 larger or more serious production safety accidents throughout the country in 2016.Among these accidents,42 occurred in construction business which was next only to transportation industry;collapses,falling and electric shock accidents were the main accident types in construction business;the causes of the accidents were mainly divided into construction site reasons and management reasons.Based on the above analysis results,corresponding control measures are put forward according to the relevant requirements of work safety standardization and the actual situation of the enterprises,which provides technical support for the work safety of enterprises.
