This paper discusses the causes for the tank wall deformation of the inner floating roof tank.It sets up a repair plan according to the relevant specifications and presents a more detailed explanation on how to deal with the problems in the repair process.In order to ensure the safe use of the oil tank after repair,the paper carries out tightness test,stability test and breather valve operation test.It also proposes some suggestions on how to ensure the safe operation of the inner floating roof tank and prevent deformation caused by negative pressure instability.
