自体角膜缘干细胞移植与单纯切除术对33例翼状胬肉患者视觉质量及并发症的影响

Effect of limbal stem cell autograft and simple excision on visual quality and complications in 33 cases of patients with pterygium

目的:对比自体角膜缘干细胞移植与单纯切除术对翼状胬肉患者视觉质量及并发症的影响。方法:选取66例翼状胬肉患者随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组行翼状胬肉切除术,观察组行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,对比两组视觉质量及并发症发生情况。结果:术后观察组裸眼视力、角膜水平曲度及角膜垂直曲度较对照组高,角膜散光度和并发症较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术用于翼状胬肉患者可有效提升视力及角膜曲度,减轻散光程度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To compare the effect of limbal stem cell transplantation and simple excision on the visual quality and complications of pterygium patients.Methods:Sixty-six cases of pterygium were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 33 cases each.Pterygium resection was performed in the control group and limbal stem cell autograft was performed in the observation group.Results:The visual acuity,corneal horizontal curvature and corneal vertical curvature were higher and the corneal astigmatism and complications were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limbal stem cell autograft for pterygium patients can effectively improve vision and corneal curvature and reduce the degree of astigmatism and the incidence of complications.
