摘要
目的:建立离子色谱法测定小儿电解质补给注射液中氯化钠的含量。方法:采用IonPacTM AG11-HC保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)和IonPacTM AS11-HC色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),以30 mmol/L的氢氧化钠溶液为淋洗液,等度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样25 ml,柱温26℃;AERS 500(4 mm)抑制器,抑制器电流75 mA;以电导检测器检测,按峰面积以外标法计算氯离子的含量。结果:氯离子的线性范围为10~100 mg/L(r2=0.999975);回收率为100.05%(RSD=0.24%,n=6)。结论:本实验方法灵敏度高,前处理简单,精密度与重复性良好,可用于小儿电解质补给注射液的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sodium chloride in pediatric electrolyte supplements injection by ion chromatography(IC).Methods:The IC was performed on an IonPacTM AS11-HC column(4 mm×250 mm)with an IonPacTM AG11-HC guard column(4 mm×50 mm)by isocratic elution with 30 mmol/L NaOH solution at flow rate 1.0 ml/min,sample size 25 ml and column temperature 26℃using suppressor AERS 500(4 mm)at 75 mA suppression current and an ECD as a detector.The quantity of chloride ion(Cl﹣)was calculated by the peak area with an external standard method.Results:The standard curve of Cl﹣was linear over the range of 10-100 mg/L with r2=0.999975 and recovery rate 100.05%(RSD=0.24%,n=6).Conclusion:This method possesses such advantages as high sensitivity,simple sample pretreatment,nice precision and repeatability and can be used for the quality control of pediatric electrolyte supplements injection.
