摘要
目的:监测食品药品接触用塑料膜材中重金属的迁移量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定砷、镉、铅,采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞。结果:砷、镉、铅、汞元素在各自的检测质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,进样精密度RSD在0.08%~2.14%,重复性RSD在1.27%~3.24%,4种元素高、中、低3个浓度的加样回收率在92.6%~109.43%。不同类型膜材中砷、镉、铅、汞含量远小于限度要求;不同类型膜材中汞元素的响应值均小于对照溶液响应值。结论:本方法操作简便、结果可靠,可用于测定砷、镉、铅、汞4种元素的含量。
Objective:To monitor the migration of heavy metals in plastic film materials for food and drug contact.Methods:Arsenic,cadmium and lead were determined by ICP-MS while mercury by cold atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:Arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury had a good linear relationship within the respective detection mass concentration ranges,the relative standard deviations(RSD)of precision and repeatability were within 0.08%-2.14%and 1.27%-3.24%,and the recoveries of the four elements at high,medium and low concentrations were within 92.6%-109.43%.Arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury in different types of films were far less than the limit.The response values of mercury element in different types of membrane materials were all lower than those in the control solution.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable and can be used for the determination of the contents of the four elements in the membranes.
