摘要
结合河南地区水资源禀赋和水生态文明建设的现状,基于河长制视角分析农村水生态文明建设过程中存在的问题以及河长制的推行对其产生的影响,并针对存在的问题提出相应的建议与思考,为河长制的全面推行和农村水生态文明建设提供相应的借鉴。
Combining with the status quo of water resources endowment and water ecological civilization construction in Henan Province,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of rural water ecological civilization construction and the impact of the implementation of the river length system based on the perspective of river length system,and proposes corresponding problems for existing problems.Suggestions and reflections provide a corresponding reference for the comprehensive implementation of the river system and the construction of rural water ecological civilization.
