小水电站整改承受能力评估

Assessment on Bearing Capacity of Small Hydropower Station Rectification

根据四部委《关于开展长江经济带小水电清理整改工作的意见》以及《江西省小水电清理整改工作实施方案》要求,以崇仁县小水电站为例,对列入整改类的电站采用财务净现值分析法进行经济效益分析,得出崇仁县13个电站评价为整改类,7个评价为整改不经济的电站列为整改/待退出类,该方法可为类似电站评估提供参考。

According to the requirements of"Opinions on Carrying out Cleaning and Rectification of Small Hydropower in Yangtze River Economic Belt"and"Implementation Plan for Cleaning and Rectification of Small Hydropower in Jiangxi Province",taking the small hydropower station in Chongren County as an example,taking the small hydropower station in Chongren County as an example,the financial net present value analysis method was used to analyze the economic benefits of the power station included in the rectification category.It was concluded that 13 power stations in Chongren County were evaluated as rectification,and 7 power stations were evaluated as rectified and uneconomical.The rectification/to-exit category provides a reference for similar plant evaluations.
