丹江口水利枢纽工程蓄水对其上游各水文(位)站的综合影响分析与评估 被引量:2

摘要 受新建、改扩建水利工程影响,水文(位)站上下游区域河道水文特性发生了不同程度的变化,影响较大的测站被迫迁移或者撤销,区域的水文系列资料受到较大影响,而水文资料是水利工程建设的最基础依据。如何提前分析出受影响程度,根据影响程度确定新的测验方案,更改测验设备或者进行测站重建、迁移、撤销,使水文工作更好的为工程和社会服务是必须要思考和解决的重要问题。以丹江口水利枢纽大坝加高蓄水对其上游各水文(位)的影响为例,从各测验项目及综合影响进行分析,建立评估体系,确定后续工作方案。评估体系根据受影响的测验项目、影响时间长短分为无影响、轻微影响、影响、显著影响4个层次。 Affected by new construction,reconstruction and expansion of water conservancy projects,the hydrological characteristics of the rivers in the upper and lower reaches of the hydrological(location)station have had some changes in different degrees.The stations with large influences have been forced to move or cancel,and the hydrological series data of the area have been greatly affected.the Hydrological data is the most basic basis for the construction of water conservancy projects.How to analyze the degree of impact in advance,determine the new test plan according to the degree of influence,change the test equipment or carry out reconstruction,migration,and revocation of the station,so that the hydrological work is better to service the engineering and the society and must be an important issue considered and solved.Taking the influence of Danjiangkou Water Control Dam heightening water storage on its upstream hydrology(position)as an example,the analysis of each test item and comprehensive impact is carried out to establish an evaluation system and determine the follow-up work plan.The assessment system is divided into four levels according to the affected test items and the length of the impact time is departed to be no impact,slight impact,the impact factor,and the hydrogeology characters and the conservancy engineering.
