中西医结合预防中重度宫腔粘连宫腔镜术后复发临床观察

Efficiency observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on hysteroscopic postoperative re-adhesion of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion

目的:观察中重度宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后口服雌孕激素药物联合补肾化瘀调经方对预防宫腔粘连的影响。方法:将72例中重度宫腔粘连术后患者随机分为两组各36例。对照组给予雌孕激素口服治疗,治疗组给予雌孕激素加补肾化瘀调经方口服治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者月经量、子宫内膜厚度、官腔再粘连情况、中医证候评分改善均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合疗法能够更有效改善中重度宫腔粘连术后患者的临床症状,增加子宫内膜厚度,预防宫腔粘连复发。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of oral estrogenic progestational hormone drugs and regulating menstruation recipe for invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis on hysteroscopic postoperative readhesion of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods:72 cases of hysteroscopic-postoperative patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group were treated with oral estrogenic progestational hormone,while the treatment group was treated plus with regulating menstruation recipe for invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Results:The improvement of menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness,intrauterine re-adhesion and TCM symptoms score of patients in treatment group was significantly better than in control group.Compared between two groups,there was significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine can more effectively improve clinical symptoms,increase endometrial thickness,and prevent recurrence of intrauterine adhesion.
