血清尿酸水平与青年男性强直性脊柱炎患者骨密度的相关性

Correlation between serum uric acid level and bone density in young male patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的探究血清尿酸水平与青年男性强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者腰椎骨密度以及髋部骨密度的相关性。方法纳入20~40岁的青年男性AS患者106例,对其腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度、血清尿酸水平、血沉、C反应蛋白等指标进行检测,利用Pearson相关性分析法对患者循环血清尿酸水平、血沉、C反应蛋白与腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度之间的相关性进行分析。结果患者血清尿酸水平与腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度均呈线性正相关(P<0.05),而血沉、C反应蛋白与腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度无明确的线性相关性。结论青年男性AS患者血尿酸水平与骨密度呈线性正相关,提示循环血清尿酸对患者骨量流失可能有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid level and bone density in young male patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 106 young male AS patients aged 20-40 years were enrolled.The indexes levels of lumbar vertebral bone density,hip bone density,serum uric acid,blood sedimentation,C-reactive protein were delected.The correlation between circulating serum uric acid level,blood sedimentation,C-reactive protein and lumbar vertebral bone density and hip bone density were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis method.Results There were significant linear positive correlations between serum uric acid level and lumbar vertebral bone density,hip bone density(P<0.05),while there were no clear linear correlations between blood sedimentation,C-reactive protein and lumbar vertebral bone density,hip bone density.Conclusion There is a linear positive correlation between serum uric acid level and bone density in young male patients with AS,suggesting that circulating serum uric acid may have a protective effect on bone loss.
